n the midst of an already busy Advent season, the VMTF met to debrief the November stated meeting and to plan for the January joint gathering of the TF and the Coordinating Cabinet.  There was good discussion around pacing and the tension between moving too quickly (change is scary!) and not moving quickly enough (when will this be finished?).  Sharon and Corey will meet in the next week or so to create a schedule for the joint VMTF/CC gathering, and the TF will meet early in the new year to finalize plans for that gathering. The committee will take a break from meetings for the remainder of December, although email communication will be ongoing.
